Diagnosis:
Bacterial Tonsillitis on the left side
Punture of the both tosils with pus

Admission because of diagnosis of a bacterial tonsillitis not responding to peroral antibiotics. We treated with an intravenous antibiotic therapy with penicillin G. A diagnostic puncore of both tonssils showed pus, The CRP was initially 259 and declined under treatment to 91 mg/dl. Also the pain and swelling of the tonssil was responding to treatment. The patient could be discharged with oral antibiotics."
